I dive in one of the best places to go Scuba Diving in Gran Canaria, the marine reserve called 'el Cabr贸n' near Arinaga. We will tell you here about some of the special things that we have seen, and some of the changes that take place. The Canaries are normally considered a ´volcanic´ resort rather than a ´coral´ area, but in the last few years the frequency and size of many corals have increased. This example of Yellow Coral (Leptogorgonia viminalis) first appeared in 2020 and is now about 15cm tall. -- 2023/03/27 in Arinaga
